For an average-sized home (1,800-2,400 sq ft), a thorough inspection typically takes 2 to 3.5 hours. Add-on services like sewer scopes may add time.
While not required, we highly recommend it. Attending allows us to show you our findings in real-time and answer your questions directly at the property.
We inspect for termites, carpenter ants, powderpost beetles, and other wood-destroying insects. This inspection is often required for VA and FHA loans. New Seasons is registered with the Ohio Department of Agriculture specifically for these inspections — so your report meets all lender requirements.
Your detailed digital report will be delivered within 24 hours of your inspection. It includes high-resolution photos, clear descriptions of each finding, and easy-to-understand summaries so you and your real estate agent can take action quickly.
We strongly recommend it, especially for older homes in Northeast Ohio. We camera the lateral sewer line to check for cracks, tree root intrusion, or collapses. Many Ohio neighborhoods have aging clay or cast-iron pipes that can be very expensive to repair. A sewer scope is a small investment that can save you thousands.
