Yes. As of July 2021, Ohio law requires all residential home inspectors to be licensed by the Ohio Department of Commerce. Do not hire an unlicensed inspector.

For an average-sized home (1,800-2,400 sq ft), a thorough inspection typically takes 2 to 3.5 hours.

While not required, we highly recommend it. Attending allows us to show you our findings in real-time and answer your questions directly at the property.

Your detailed digital report will be delivered within 24 hours of your inspection. It includes high-resolution photos, clear descriptions of each finding, and easy-to-understand summaries so you and your real estate agent can take action quickly.
